  • PRA has an infrastructure already in place on a permanent basis with 20 offices nationwide.

 

  • We only hire local motor coach companies that offer flexible scheduling, rates and cancellation policies to fellow locals. With our long-term relationships, we can procure the best hardware and drivers in town. In addition, through our due diligence process, all coaches are guaranteed to carry the right insurance, have the best records, and adhere to all federal, state and local regulations.

 

  • PRA has a unique ability to quickly assess a situation and make any necessary adjustments before and DURING the shuttle program due to distinctive understanding of the ebbs and flows of a shuttle in our "home" cities. Our in-depth approach examines the intangible factors that play into how best to design and operate an efficient shuttle, including time of year, days of the week, overlapping conventions, city events, construction, etc.

 

  • We hire only local ground staff who are more familiar with the quirks of the city, from public transportation to the personalities of local drivers, than out of town staff. They also act as ambassadors to the city, helping with directions, local attractions and restaurants – almost a mini-concierge! Plus, there are no travel costs (hotel and air) associated with local staff.

 

  • Our powerful relationships with local hotel contacts offer inside information on how many guests are staying in each hotel who are part of the group but are not part of the room block.

 

  • PRA connects with local government agencies that provide daily updates on road closures, detours and traffic delays.

 

  • We have familiarity with local laws, both written and unwritten (which major thoroughfare has three blocks that are closed to coaches; which neighborhoods allow absolutely no idling).

 

  • PRA is the "Green Shuttle Expert" - the first in the industry to develop a shuttle-specific, customizable carbon footprint calculator. We offer this service free to our clients to determine their event’s carbon footprint and offer carbon offsets to counteract shuttle emissions.

 

  • In addition to being shuttle experts, PRA is a full-service DMC that can handle any spin off elements of a shuttle program – tours, entertainment, décor, registration desk staff, and more.
