Emily joined the PRA team in 2023 with nearly 20 years of experience in hospitality, catering sales, and event planning. Her passion for culinary arts has inspired her career path as well as her many travels. After receiving formal training at Le Cordon Bleu Miami, she started her own small catering business and fell in love with the hospitality and event industry. She has held positions in catering sales and event management at 4 South Florida luxury resorts and most recently served as Director of Events for the Grande Oaks Golf Club at NSU Davie. Emily loves providing memorable experiences for people. Whether it’s preparing an amazing meal or transforming a space into the unexpected, events offer so many ways to provide a sensory experience that can be remembered forever. As Regional Sales Manager, she applies her passions and expertise to support our PRA clients in providing these unique, exciting, and unforgettable occasions.
