That includes transportation logistics (there are three international airports nearby, and Baltimore and Washington D.C. are just a quick trip away). Imagine getting an insider’s look at Annapolis’ storied history, from the domed 1700’s Maryland State House to the Romanesque-style St. Anne’s Episcopal Church with gorgeous Tiffany glass windows. Then, of course, there’s the United States Naval Academy, where you can explore a museum dedicated to our rich naval heritage.

As day winds into night, see how Annapolis comes alive after dark with a concert at Rams Head Center Stage or dinner at one of the many restaurants on the Bay (heaping plates of fresh seafood are, hands down, the specialty).
