Ismael has held various leadership positions, including City Commissioner and member of multiple boards in the City of Pembroke Pines, Chairman and Vice Chair of Development at the Miramar-Pembroke Pines Chamber of Commerce, and member of the Greater Miami & The Beaches Hotel Association Board of Directors.  

Colleen Ambrose

Regional Program Finance Manager

Colleen Ambrose was born and raised in the Northwestern suburbs of Chicago. After earning a B.S. in Management from Indiana University, Colleen began her career as an administrative professional. With a heart for assisting others, she thrived as a Legal Assistant at a Personal Injury Firm, providing exceptional support to clients during their most vulnerable times. Driven by a passion for numbers and a desire to make a broader impact, Colleen took on a new adventure in 2023, joining PRA as the Regional Program Finance Manager overseeing the Midwest and Southeast regions. In this role, she continues to channel her dedication to helping others while leveraging her financial knowledge. Beyond her financial acumen and professional pursuits, Colleen finds joy in challenging herself through various physical activities. When she's not immersed in creating spreadsheets, you might find her perfecting her golf swing or passionately cheering on the Chicago Cubs!

Natasha Trevino

Regional Sales Manager

Natasha is dedicated to curating unique and memorable event solutions and destination experiences. With over 17 years in hospitality and events, she has worked in government, associations, and for industry leaders including Disney and Marriott. She studied and worked throughout the US and Europe, settling in Central Florida, her home, for the last 15 years. Cherished childhood memories of Orlando drew her back to Florida where she continues to love exploring all its magical places. Natasha’s passion for hospitality shines through welcoming guests to Central Florida to share its beauty and magic. While her adventurous spirit finds her competing in local triathlons, exploring crystal-clear springs, and enjoying time with friends, her two dogs, and her wife—who happens to be an award-winning local brewer—at their favorite breweries, hidden gems, and new hot spots. Natasha is currently pursuing a master's degree in Event Leadership at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management to stay at the forefront of industry trends.  Her exceptional service and commitment is the ultimate personal touch to your Florida experience.

Chelsea Yurisic

Managing Director

Chelsea Yurisic graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. She spent the next five years working in food and beverage in the Private Club industry in her hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She most recently moved to Orlando to join the PRA team and is excited to share her love of Orlando with others. She has a creative mind and passion for the industry. Brittany Danna

Experience Designer II

Brittany is a 5th generation Florida native with a background in events. After graduating with a degree in Event Management from the University of Central Florida, she made it a point to work for companies in many aspects of the event industry in order to find the best fit and although each area has a special place in her heart, creative design in corporate experiences is her true passion. Always on the lookout for the latest trends and unique ideas, Brittany enjoys attending local festivals and art shows. She believes that the most memorable events are those that incorporate personalized touches and innovative designs. Whether it’s a large-scale corporate gathering or an intimate event, Brittany’s commitment to excellence and creativity shines through in every project she undertakes. In her free time (what is that, again?), you can find her snuggling with her best friend (her sweet puppy, Reagan), binging true crime documentaries, or spending time with family and friends.

Kacie Doran

Senior Regional Sales Manager

As a Central Florida native, Kacie Doran’s passion for creating magical moments has been an integral part of her life for as long as she can remember. With over 14 years of experience, Kacie has developed a diverse skill set that spans multi-destination festivals, Event Technology Sales, Creative Design, and City-wide Conference Planning, among other areas. Throughout her career, she has become known for her ability to craft innovative solutions that elevate events and consistently exceed client expectations. Kacie’s journey in the events industry is shaped by her deep-rooted passion for creativity and client relations. She holds a degree in Art History from Florida State University, which has informed her approach to careful event curation. In addition to her professional work, Kacie is an active member of Visit Orlando and Meeting Professionals International, staying deeply connected to both the local and national events communities. In her free time, you can find Kacie taking her pup, Jovie Zuzu, on local adventures, exploring Orlando’s amazing culinary scene, or with her toes in the sand and a good book in hand.

Lia Brockmeier

As a native Floridian, Lia firmly believes that Florida is the best destination for corporate celebration! She has a wide range of event experience in the Sunshine State including planning and coordinating conventions, conferences, fundraising galas, municipal events, and social functions. In her spare time, Lia loves to spend time outdoors soaking up all the fun environments Florida has to offer with her pup, Cali. With her keen attention to detail, can-do attitude, passion for all things logistics, and expansive industry knowledge, Lia is eager to make your next program the best yet!

April Pranske

Regional Director of Sales

With midwestern hospitality in her blood, April moved to Orlando to work for The Mouse after earning a Tourism and Event Management degree from Indiana University.  She has designed experiences for corporate clients on annual conferences throughout Florida as well as domestic and international incentive trips.  You can usually find her enjoying live music on the weekend with a “work hard, play hard” attitude.  April looks forward to finding a solution that meets your business event needs the next time sunny Florida is your destination.
