Gayle Klein serves as Regional Vice President for Northern California and Seattle at PRA, and brings nearly two decades of leadership experience across the hospitality, event production, and technology sectors. Known for her strategic vision and client-focused approach, Gayle specializes in building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional event experiences. 

She began her career with leading hospitality brands including Fairmont, Four Seasons, and Kimpton, where she excelled in conference services and catering. Her ability to manage complex programs and deliver seamless, high-impact events positioned her as a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams. 

Gayle has since expanded her expertise into event management, technology, and design, taking on executive roles that demanded strategic planning, custom proposal development, live presentations, and integrated marketing initiatives. Her collaborative leadership style and passion for mentoring have empowered countless professionals across various levels of the industry.  

Originally from Canada, Gayle holds honors degrees in Communication Studies and Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Master’s degree from the University of Western Sydney in Australia. Returning to the San Francisco Bay Area, a place she has called home for over thirteen years, Gayle is passionate about elevating PRA’s presence in the Northern California and Seattle Region through innovation, community engagement, and her enduring commitment to excellence in the events industry.
