Heather Tofson, CSEP, DMCP

Regional Vice President, Mountains West

Heather has been with PRA since 2006 and has had the opportunity to work from the ground up, which has been instrumental in her success selling and executing the ultimate group experiences for clients visiting from around the World. She began her career with PRA in the Northern California office and now has the pleasure of overseeing the Mountains West Region. Her passion for the events industry is apparent in her award-winning client events, past Presidency of the ILEA-NCC chapter and active involvement in FICP, MPI, SITE and PRA Committees. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, Tyler, sons Briggs and Jack and dog, Finley.

Caplin Lawrence

Regional Director of Experience Design

Caplin joined the PRA family starting in 2016 as an Experience Designer with the Chicago office. With a love for creativity, she applies passion to her work by designing experiences that leave a lasting impression on attendees. She volunteers her time as a member of MPI, holding previous positions on the Board of Directors and as a committee co-chair. With the excitement of joining the PRA Mountains West Region, Caplin brings a unique perspective on ways to showcase the Rocky Mountains and Lake Tahoe. In her free time, Caplin enjoys attending concerts, traveling, trying new restaurants, and time with friends and family!

Aspen Krajewski

Regional Director of Events

Aspen joined PRA as an Account Manager for the Hawaii office in 2015. During her time in the aloha state, she held titles and responsibilities in sales, experience design and event management. After a great three years, she decided to trade-in her surfboard for snow skis and relocate to Colorado. As Regional Director of Events, she is responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for large full-service programs.

Aspen began her event planning career at Texas Tech University while working towards a degree in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management, and comes to PRA with 12 years of event planning experience.  In her free time, Aspen and her husband enjoy being tourists in their own town, exploring the best restaurants, breweries, hiking trails and locals-only spots that make Colorado such a unique destination.

Molly Shupe

Regional Sales Manager

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Molly developed her love of sales and events while working for Nordstrom. Her event planning background in corporate, education, and hotels allows her to connect with her clients and hotel partners quickly and effectively. Molly's journey in sales and events has been defined by her commitment to understanding her clients' unique needs and challenges. Molly's dedication extends beyond the expected to deliver exceptional results. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She loves being outdoors with her daughter, Mila and her yellow lab, Moose.

Christina Alling

Regional Director of Sales

Christina has a decade of operations and sales experience in the hospitality industry, including Hyatt Hotels and Destination Hotels & Resorts. As the Director of Business Development for PRA's Lake Tahoe location, she partners with our local hotels, establishing our preferred supplier list, and designing and executing our Lake Tahoe client programs. She brings exceptional creative and operational expertise to the job and has received top service ratings within the PRA client services team for her customer relationships and flawless program execution. Sarah Anderson

Senior Event Producer

Sarah joined the PRA Utah team after planning events for a global nonprofit and working in hotel event sales . She began her career in the events industry while still a student at Michigan State University, where she found a passion for bringing programs to life and helping people create memories through meaningful experiences. Her work in restaurants and hotel operations has helped her ability to build events from the ground up with the knowledge of what is required behind the scenes to make a program successful. After living in both Chicago and Dallas, she is happy to be back closer to nature in Park City, having fallen in love with the mountains while working seasonally in Jackson Hole during college. Mallory Macdonald

Event Coordinator

Mallory joined the PRA Utah team as an Event Coordinator after most recently working in an operation's role for a luxury ski in, ski out resort. She began her career in event planning during her undergrad at Northern Michigan University, planning recreational events for a local non-profit. She had gone on to plan large scale events for The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs. She then moved to Park City from Michigan to be closer to the mountains. She has continued her education while growing her career by completing her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from the DeVos Graduate School of Business. Mallory’s role at PRA is to support the operations team locally, and regionally. Mallory’s favorite part of working in the event space is seeing a client’s initial idea be transformed into a reality. In her free time she enjoys mountain biking, skiing, camping, traveling, and spending time with her two dogs.

Kim Parkinson

Senior Experience Designer

Kim is an experienced event professional with over 15 years of varied experience in the industry. Having planned and executed events and incentive programs in multiple countries, Kim knows first-hand the value of working with a destination management company. Kim’s proficiency in balancing creativity with logistics, financial planning, and supplier management allows her to bring value and support to the sales team—and our clients! A northern Utah native, Kim spends her free time outdoors enjoying Utah's four distinct seasons with her daughter, Janessa, and their Shih Tzu, Rumi.
