A Surprise Trivia Showdown

We planned transportation at one of the world’s largest trade shows for more than 3,000 participants, offering a fresh, innovative format to give annual participants an entirely new experience.

Challenge

With the majority of participants coming to Las Vegas annually, we were tasked with giving attendees an elevated experience during their transfers that tapped into an element of surprise for a fresh, engaging experience—all while giving the client a promotional opportunity aimed at this very audience.

Solution

Inspired by the popular “Cash Cab” concept, we created our very own “Bonus Buses.” Unsuspecting participants were invigorated by spontaneous games of trivia or bingo, hosted by a professional emcee, and playing for a variety of awesome prizes. Through strategic timing, we were able to reach 500 attendees to engage a significant portion of the participants.

50 exclusive prizes, ranging from Venetian exclusive back-of-house tours to Baz show tickets, VIP access, exclusive passes to Rendezvous at Drais’ and more

Customized experience which integrated client-related questions and social media challenges

Developed marketing and social media campaigns to increase brand awareness for the client and increase ROE from hosted buyers
