Project Description
A Vision to Do Good
We designed a local experience for 650 guests that combined teambuilding and a corporate social responsibility program to do good. The event took place at a film studio and benefited the National Ability Center, featuring a cash donation of over $25K to The Hope Alliance with an in-kind donation of over $1M retail value of eyeglass frames.
Challenge

Solution
We designed a one-of-a-kind event at a film studio, which is large enough to comfortably host 650 guests and equipped to offer creative staging for themed activities. Easy transportation solutions and additional support staff were ensured, so both guests and the clients could enjoy peace of mind. Fifty-four teams and concurrent activity stations gave guests an experience like no other, perfectly blending teambuilding fun and an opportunity to give back.
Over $25,000 in donations
40 synchronized activity stations
Country-themed afterparty with a live band, line dancing instruction, and themed décor
“Everything was seamless. I received many ‘Thank Yous’, but could not have done it without a GREAT, patient partner…PRA. Thank you for everything!”
