Oceanside Beach Party

400 international guests were treated to an exciting and colorful dinner on a beautiful, local beach. Enjoying the breeze, sounds, and soothing ocean views, guests were delighted with a seafood bar and ice cream truck while they danced to live music.

Challenge

Finding an off-property, outdoor venue that was iconic and unique to the destination, while still providing the facilities in which our hotel partner could cater a beautiful meal to impress international guests.

With only four months of planning time to go, a new event space was created at a local state beach which matched the group’s requirements. This venue had never been used before, but we knew it was a perfect fit for these international guests.
