Atlanta was host to an incredible meeting for one of the largest professional services firms in the world. This 3-day meeting included daily transportation and shuttle service, two large off-site events, numerous ancillary components, and airport departures.

Challenge

A last-minute change in the location of this meeting left our team with only a few short months to collaborate with the client and bring this meeting to fruition. With a huge local presence and high-level partner attendees, this program had to impress from beginning to end.

The PRA Atlanta team worked together to successfully execute an off-site welcome event at the newly opened Mercedes-Benz Stadium, a closing night party at the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola and Pemberton Place, and seamless transportation services throughout.
