PRA Welcomes Ismael Monroig, Jr. as Southeast Regional Vice President

CHICAGO, June 10, 2024 – PRA, a leader in the Business Events industry, is pleased to welcome Ismael Monroig Jr. as Regional Vice President, leading the Southeast teams in the Orlando and South Florida markets. Monroig will focus on strategic planning and implementation, revenue generation, developing client relationships and team leadership. In addition, as a member of the PRA Business Management Team, Monroig will play an integral role in developing and implementing key initiatives.

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality space, Monroig brings an impressive list of achievements to PRA. His broad range of experience in hotel leadership, business strategy and account management compliment his sales leadership having previously served as General Manager for several hotel properties in South Florida. In addition to hotel sales and corporate consulting, Monroig also led the Hotel Contract Services division for Encore Event, first as Regional Vice President and later serving as Vice President of Strategic Account Management.

As an integral part of the South Florida business community, Monroig serves as a member and affiliate of numerous industry boards. He brings a wealth of experience with deep connections to industry partners, which will benefit PRA as the company continues its strategic growth plans in the southeast region.
