A Safe Way to Bring People Together for the Holidays
PRA partnered with Amazon to create a winter wonderland holiday event, to thank the Amazon drivers working to deliver packages and joy. With safety as a top priority, we designed a magical drive-thru holiday experience full of lights, snow, hot cocoa, dancing ballerinas and an appearance by Santa.
Challenge
In a world where delivery drivers were beyond essential, Amazon wanted to find a way to say thank you to their drivers who had already worked so hard all year long and were about to enter an unprecedented holiday delivery season. The Amazon planning team reached out PRA to create a drive thru event that would not only be memorable and show gratitude, but would also put the health and safety of the attendees first.

The PRA Nashville team used a consultative approach and strategic thinking to come up with a drive thru experience that showed incredible creativity, a stellar engagement opportunity, and a commitment to health + safety standards. In only 6 weeks, PRA customized a full holiday experience with more than 100 entertainers and staff coming together in a winter wonderland environment that saw more than 150 cars drive through.
More than 100 staff and entertainers were activated
A drive up green screen photo booth was a fun but safe twist on an event favorite
Holiday elves delivered items like gift bags, hot cocoa and snacks in a contactless system
Entertainment vignettes included acrobats, fire dancers, ice skaters, ballerinas, carolers and of course, Santa, each who performed for cars as they drive by
The Amazon name and logo were incorporated throughout to reinforce brand loyalty and gratitude to the employees
