Project Description

Living Art Museum

Inspired by the Pageant of the Masters, we put our own spin on creating live art pieces for a living museum themed dinner in the most unexpected venue –Del Monte Aviation Center –a private aviation hangar in the Monterey Peninsula.

Challenge

To create an unforgettable event in an out-of the box venue in a location that doesn’t easily support a large  group. The planning began two months before the event date, which was a tight timeline for a completely custom event.

Solution

The PRA Northern California team transformed an airplane tarmac into a living art museum. Custom bars, high-top tables, and printed bar stools were scattered throughout the space for the reception. Guests then moved inside the hangar for a dinner under the stars featuring thousands of string lights and an intriguing living art show.

“Throughout the planning process, PRA was an important partner exceeding our program scope in a timely, creative and efficient manner…We were ecstatic with the final outcome.”
