Regional Vice President, Mountains West
Heather has been with PRA since 2006 and has had the opportunity to work from the ground up, which has been instrumental in her success selling and executing the ultimate group experiences for clients visiting from around the World. She began her career with PRA in the Northern California office and now has the pleasure of overseeing the Mountains West Region.
Her passion for the events industry is apparent in her award-winning client events, past Presidency of the ILEA-NCC chapter and active involvement in FICP, MPI, SITE and PRA Committees. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, Tyler, sons Briggs and Jack and dog, Finley.
Regional Director of Experience Design
Caplin joined the PRA family starting in 2016 as an Experience Designer with the Chicago office. With a love for creativity, she applies passion to her work by designing experiences that leave a lasting impression on attendees. She volunteers her time as a member of MPI, holding previous positions on the Board of Directors and as a committee co-chair. With the excitement of joining the PRA Mountains West Region, Caplin brings a unique perspective on ways to showcase the Rocky Mountains and Lake Tahoe. In her free time, Caplin enjoys attending concerts, traveling, trying new restaurants, and time with friends and family!
Regional Director of Events
Aspen joined PRA as an Account Manager for the Hawaii office in 2015. During her time in the aloha state, she held titles and responsibilities in sales, experience design and event management. After a great three years, she decided to trade-in her surfboard for snow skis and relocate to Colorado. As Regional Director of Events, she is responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for large full-service programs.
Aspen began her event planning career at Texas Tech University while working towards a degree in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management, and comes to PRA with 12 years of event planning experience. In her free time, Aspen and her husband enjoy being tourists in their own town, exploring the best restaurants, breweries, hiking trails and locals-only spots that make Colorado such a unique destination.
Director of Business Development
Jessica Hamilton (Reisfelt) has a true passion for curating unique experiences and making ideas become a reality. In 2011, she began her PRA career in our Northern California office before relocating to the beautiful Rocky Mountain Region! Throughout the years, she has produced award-winning events for Fortune 500 companies, high-touch incentive groups, and city-wide conferences – giving her a well-rounded perspective of every client’s unique needs.
As Director of Business Development, she specializes in customer service that nurtures positive, productive relationships with clients. Jessica maintains a big picture philosophy, but keeps a critical eye on the details. Her experience and vision to lead the team to produce events that are memorable and exceed expectations.
Event Producer
Kendra moved to Denver in 2015 on a whim not knowing this would be her forever home. She is originally from a small town in Massachusetts and moving to a city was a big change! Prior to joining PRA Denver, Kendra enjoyed working in many areas of the hospitality industry, including restaurants, wedding planning, incentive gifting, and the nonprofit sector. Her heart has always belonged to the event world. In her free time, Kendra enjoys exploring the outdoors with her dog Lily, finding new restaurants to try, and spending time with friends.
Event Producer II
Dan’elle is a familiar face to PRA, starting her events career with the sales team in the Colorado Springs office in 2017. After relocating to Seattle to support our Pacific Northwest operations, Dan’elle returned to Colorado Springs and spent two years working for one of the top decor suppliers in Colorado. She has now found her way back to PRA, and is excited to bring her deep industry knowledge and creative flair to our program operations!
Event Producer
Avena joined PRA as an Event Producer after graduating from James Madison University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management. During her time in school, Avena fell in love with events and dedicated her time to gaining valuable experience within the industry. She developed her passion for corporate events while working for a corporate event agency based in Chicago. After completing an internship at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, she knew that Colorado was where she was meant to be, and was ecstatic to join the team at PRA. In her free time, Avena enjoys being outdoors and exploring everything Colorado Springs has to offer.
Experience Designer II
Prior to joining PRA as an Experience Designer in Colorado Springs, Kendall developed her passion for event planning while living in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Illinois. After graduating from the top Hospitality school in the state of Illinois, she developed relationships with industry professionals around the city of Chicago early on in her career. Through her education and working as an ambassador for her university’s Event Planning Program, she was led into event design and began her career at one of the largest décor houses in the city. This is where Kendall fell in love with designing and executing corporate business events, as well as weddings, galas, social parties, and more. After another career opportunity brought her farther west to Colorado, she realized corporate event planning was her passion and was excited to find PRA. In her free time, you can find Kendall exploring Colorado while skiing or kayaking and spending time with her dog and sister.
Experience Designer
With a passion for events and a drive for success, Kristy joined the Colorado Springs PRA team as a Sales Coordinator. Kristy brings a positive attitude to every situation and uses her creativity to produce savvy solutions to any problem. She enjoys putting together the perfect event for every client while maintaining a unique experience. Kristy likes to spend her free time in the mountains hiking, camping, and taking in nature.

Regional Program Finance Manager
Kaity has climbed up the operations ladder with PRA throughout the years. While attending the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, she was the Operations Intern for the Orange County/Los Angeles offices. After she graduated from UNLV with a major in Hospitality Management and a concentration in Event Management, she worked full-time as PRA OC/LA’s Operations Coordinator. A few years later, she was promoted to an Event Producer. Her other event experience includes working for the Academy of Country Music, The Aria Las Vegas, a local DMC in Seattle, a commercial real estate company in Las Vegas, the USO and more. She and her husband just returned from living in Germany in January 2022 and now call Idaho home. They are expecting their first baby in December 2022! When she is not working, she is planning her next vacation, shopping for baby clothes or learning how to garden.
Senior Vice President, Business Operations
Michael brings more than twenty years of experience in executive management to the PRA team. In his role as Senior Vice President, Business Operations, Michael is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to support company initiatives, while creating synergies and leverage opportunities throughout the PRA system.
