PRA simplifies and manages the attendee transportation for IMEX America, held in Las Vegas, coordinating the multi-vehicle program that moves thousands of registered buyers, exhibitors, and sponsors to the show from the airport and hotels in the city. The partnership was expanded three years ago to include the IMEXrun, a fun run along the famous Vegas Strip. PRA supports registration management, route permits, staffing, and more, to ensure a smooth experience for all 250-plus participants. Now, further joint activity is planned to include a social media collaboration which will give insight into the hosted buyer experience, and how PRA’s services underpin this, along with Vegas insider tips from PRA’s local team.
In addition to core services, PRA has been instrumental in designing and executing high-impact in conjunction with (ICW) events that align with sponsor goals, creating brand experiences that extend beyond the show floor and deepen audience engagement.
