With 20 years of experience in hospitality and events, Michaela (Kila) Foley has built a foundation in sales, events, and business development. Her career began at the front desk of a local resort, where she quickly discovered her true passion for the hospitality industry. Since then, she has held key roles in the hotel and DMC space, developing a well-rounded expertise in managing complex projects, driving revenue growth, and delivering unforgettable client experiences.
Having spent 15 years in the competitive Northeast market, Kila has developed a deep understanding of the region’s unique opportunities. What drives her is leading teams, developing innovative sales strategies, and navigating the fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape of the region. Whether overseeing large-scale events or building lasting client relationships, she thrives on delivering exceptional results and elevating the guest experience at every opportunity.
Outside of work, Kila enjoys catching a New York Rangers game, relaxing with rooftop cocktails, or exploring the American Museum of Natural History with her two sons. She is excited to continue her journey, using her passion and enthusiasm to create extraordinary experiences for clients and team members.
Regional Director of Experience Design
Becky is from Massachusetts and was introduced into the hospitality industry at a young age. With a chef as a father, she grew up in the kitchen and planning clam bakes with the family catering business. After graduating with a degree in Hospitality at the University of Massachusetts, she packed her bags and moved to California. There she started working at a local DMC and fell in love with the ability to be creative in a fast paced environment. Being a true East Coast girl at heart, the sunny skies could not keep her away and she returned to the east coast to New York City.
Associate Director of Events, Northeast
Victoria Connors is the Associate Director of Events for the Northeast, bringing years of experience organizing and executing high-profile events across the region. With a degree in Hospitality Management, Victoria has honed her skills by orchestrating a diverse range of events, from large-scale concerts in Boston’s iconic arenas to exclusive island rentals in New York City and full-scale takeovers of convention centers in Washington, D.C. Having operated in various cities throughout the Northeast, Victoria has developed a keen understanding of the unique dynamics of each market, ensuring that every event exceeds expectations.
Director of Business Development
Sarah has spent her career finding ways to make meeting planner’s lives easier while helping develop unforgettable events. After graduating with a hospitality management degree from the University of New Hampshire, she joined the convention sales team at San Francisco Travel Association (CVB). For over a decade, Sarah’s strategic sales, marketing, and management skills helped her market continuously achieve the status of top meeting destination. Sarah brings her passion for the meeting and event industry and zeal for customer relations to PRA’s Washington, DC team.
Outside the office, Sarah enjoys discovering new experiences in the DC area, traveling, and mentoring youth in the Washington, DC foster care system. She stays active and will probably “recruit” you to join her for a barre or ballet class or a hike in the Shenandoah.
Senior Experience Designer
After Christina graduated from James Madison University, she pursed a career in Marketing Administration in her hometown of Frederick, MD. While there, she discovered her passion in event management through planning and coordinating a range of events for her company including seminars, trunk shows, health fairs and running festivals. Outside of work, Christina can be found enjoying the various wineries and hiking trails around her new home in Leesburg, VA with friends and family.
Sales Coordinator
Tori has always been the go-to person for planning the party, finding the perfect restaurant, or transforming a simple dinner into a memorable experience—so working in events came naturally. With a background rooted in hospitality, she spent time in hotels, restaurants, and private catering, mastering the art of juggling details while creating warm, welcoming atmospheres. Her experience spans both management and sales, where she discovered a passion for connecting with people and bringing big ideas to life. A love of travel, cooking, hosting, and crafting meaningful moments has always been central to her life, making destination management a seamless next step.
Experience Designer
Nikole is originally from Florida, where the tourism industry is a driving force that fuels and shapes the community. Inspired by the impact tourism has on individuals and destinations alike, she developed a passion for creating inclusive, creative, sustainable, and transformative guest experiences. Upon earning her degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida International University, she discovered a deep interest in Destination Management. That passion ultimately drew her to Washington, DC where tourism thrives in celebration of culture, history, and diversity.
When she’s not at work, Nikole can be found reading, running and hiking with her dog, creating art, and continuing her education in American Sign Language.
Event Producer
Elizabeth Lauer is an experienced event operations professional with over a decade in hospitality and events. She began her career in New Orleans with a wedding planning company before moving into a hotel Catering Sales Manager role, where she sharpened her skills in client relations and event logistics. Elizabeth then worked as an in-house event planner for a Washington, D.C.-based think tank, specializing in high-level event operations.
Since joining PRA in 2023, she’s led logistical planning for events in iconic Northeast venues like the Library of Congress, Ellis Island, and Fenway Park. Known for her attention to detail, organizational expertise, and commitment to client satisfaction, Elizabeth also holds her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys exploring Rock Creek Park, reading, and planning her next international trip.
Event Producer
Stephanie Wright is a seasoned event planner with a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation and over a decade of experience in the corporate events industry. She has a strong background in hospitality and operations, having worked extensively with leading Destination Management Companies to deliver high-impact experiences. Known for her attention to detail, strategic planning, and ability to bring creative visions to life, Stephanie specializes in curating seamless, memorable events that exceed expectations and elevate brand presence.
Senior Vice President, Business Operations
Michael brings more than twenty years of experience in executive management to the PRA team. In his role as Senior Vice President, Business Operations, Michael is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to support company initiatives, while creating synergies and leverage opportunities throughout the PRA system.
