With 20 years of experience in hospitality and events, Michaela (Kila) Foley has built a foundation in sales, events, and business development. Her career began at the front desk of a local resort, where she quickly discovered her true passion for the hospitality industry. Since then, she has held key roles in the hotel and DMC space, developing a well-rounded expertise in managing complex projects, driving revenue growth, and delivering unforgettable client experiences.

Having spent 15 years in the competitive Northeast market, Kila has developed a deep understanding of the region’s unique opportunities. What drives her is leading teams, developing innovative sales strategies, and navigating the fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape of the region. Whether overseeing large-scale events or building lasting client relationships, she thrives on delivering exceptional results and elevating the guest experience at every opportunity.

Outside of work, Kila enjoys catching a New York Rangers game, relaxing with rooftop cocktails, or exploring the American Museum of Natural History with her two sons. She is excited to continue her journey, using her passion and enthusiasm to create extraordinary experiences for clients and team members.

Natalie was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. After graduating high school, she moved to New York City to attend the esteemed Fashion Institute of Technology where she received a degree in communications. Natalie first fell in love with the events industry while working at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. She then embarked on a remarkable journey in the hospitality and events industry that spanned over a decade in New York City. However, her deep-rooted love for family and a desire to raise her own children in her hometown led her back to her roots in Atlanta. With over 15 years of experience in the events industry, Natalie thrives on the exhilaration of assisting others in creating extraordinary occasions. Beyond her professional pursuits, Natalie finds solace and inspiration in writing poetry, nurturing her plants, and spending time with her family. Natalie’s unwavering commitment to creating unforgettable experiences, her deep love for family and hometown, and her diverse range of interests and talents continue to inspire her to deliver memorable and impactful events that exceed expectations.

Meet Marissa Moss, a dynamic event planner with 10 years of experience in event development management, and marketing. Known for her energy, expertise, and resourcefulness, Marissa is passionate about crafting unforgettable moments and making a positive impact. Originally from Accokeek, MD, Marissa’s journey in the hospitality industry began at Morgan State University, where she discovered her love for creating exceptional experiences. With a deep appreciation for travel, food, and hospitality, Marissa sees herself as an Epicurean, sharing culinary delights and luxurious experiences outside of work. She takes pride in her experiences organizing “Taste of” style events that support local and minority-owned businesses, contributing to their growth and success. Marissa’s fun-loving nature is evident in her impromptu dance parties, adding an element of joy to any occasion.

Born and raised in Atlanta, Zoe returned after graduating from Cornell University with a degree in Fashion Design and Management. While in school, she also took courses through the Cornell’s Nolan School of Hotel Administration, where she began to see how creativity and design could translate into the hospitality industry. Through working on fashion shows, campus events, and later supporting corporate programs across Atlanta, she developed a passion for bringing people together through thoughtfully crafted experiences. Her background in design shapes the way she approaches events at PRA, with an eye for materials, structure, and visual storytelling, and how those elements come together to create immersive environments that feel cohesive and memorable. Outside of work, she enjoys thrifting and vintage shopping, exploring local art markets and studios, bullet journaling, and working on her latest sewing projects.
Jairamie King

Jairamie King is an Atlanta native and accomplished events and engagement professional with more than 10 years of experience leading strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and execution for high-impact programs and experiences. He is passionate about creating meaningful moments that connect people, strengthen partnerships, and leave lasting impressions.

Prior to PRA, Jairamie held leadership roles at the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, where he managed large-scale events, corporate activations, conferences, and fundraising experiences. His background includes end-to-end event planning, partner and vendor management, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration, all focused on delivering impactful and engaging experiences.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from Johnson C. Smith University. Outside of work, Jairamie enjoys tennis, teaching dance, and exploring all things tech. Known for his energy, creativity, and thoughtful approach, he brings a strong passion for people, innovation, and experience-building to every space he enters.
Margaret Bacevich

Originally from South Carolina, Margaret spent her early years moving from place to place before eventually settling in Atlanta, where she has lived for the past four years. This upbringing fostered an early ability to adapt, communicate effectively, and build meaningful relationships—skills that naturally led her to pursue a career centered on people.

Margaret earned bachelor’s degrees in both Communications and Urban Studies from Furman University and proudly identifies as a Paladin. During her time at Furman, she frequently visited Atlanta and quickly developed an appreciation for the city’s culture and opportunities.

Professionally, Margaret has built a career in event sales and client engagement, with a strong focus on cultivating genuine relationships and delivering exceptional experiences for every client. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, spending time with loved ones, and getting lost in a good book.
