Regional Vice President, Northern California & Seattle
Gayle Klein serves as Regional Vice President for Northern California and Seattle at PRA, and brings nearly two decades of leadership experience across the hospitality, event production, and technology sectors. Known for her strategic vision and client-focused approach, Gayle specializes in building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional event experiences.
She began her career with leading hospitality brands including Fairmont, Four Seasons, and Kimpton, where she excelled in conference services and catering. Her ability to manage complex programs and deliver seamless, high-impact events positioned her as a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams.
Gayle has since expanded her expertise into event management, technology, and design, taking on executive roles that demanded strategic planning, custom proposal development, live presentations, and integrated marketing initiatives. Her collaborative leadership style and passion for mentoring have empowered countless professionals across various levels of the industry.
Originally from Canada, Gayle holds honors degrees in Communication Studies and Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Master’s degree from the University of Western Sydney in Australia. Returning to the San Francisco Bay Area, a place she has called home for over thirteen years, Gayle is passionate about elevating PRA’s presence in the Northern California and Seattle Region through innovation, community engagement, and her enduring commitment to excellence in the events industry.
Managing Director
Zorianna began her career in destination management in 2004 in San Diego. Over the last 18 years, Zorianna has coordinated events ranging from 50 to 13,000 guests, giving her the experience to understand client needs and achieve high customer satisfaction every time. After returning to her native Bay Area and joining PRA in 2009, she has worn a variety of hats from Sales, to Marketing, and Creative Design, allowing her to develop a well-rounded set of skills benefiting her clients and her team.
Recently, she was an integral part of developing the Central Creative Team at PRA which has elevated our creative services. In her current role, Zorianna lead the team of Experience Designers for the West Region, using her decades of destination and experience design knowledge to design programs that showcase the best of the best for our clients.
Zorianna is a familiar face in the event industry through, serving on the Board of the Northern California Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and as President of the Northern California Chapter of Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA).
Outside of work, you will find her enjoying the multitude of outdoor activities and fun day trips in the Bay Area with her three kids, Sawyer, Stella & Lake, as well we her husband, Adrian.
Regional Sales Manager
Born and raised in the San Francisco East Bay area, Rachelle Lo Duca’s love for local California offerings started early. She grew up day-tripping to roadside restaurants and going to 49er and Giants games, and it was ultimately her interest in California’s past that led to a college degree in History! You can’t deny a natural gift though, and realizing she was born a planner with creative tendencies, Rachelle found her path leading into the bridal world. Her ability to connect with people combined with her creative mind started her successful career producing dream weddings. Branching out into corporate events, Rachelle found her way into the DMC world and hasn’t looked back! Rachelle brings her attention to detail, creativity, customer service, and local perspective to every event. Her goal is that her clients enjoy spending time in our destinations as much as she enjoys living here!
When not crafting engaging corporate events, Rachelle loves to bake and is always on the quest to achieve the perfect sugar cookie. She is happiest on a beach or in Disneyland and with her friends and family.
Regional Sales Manager
Lauren is an energetic and wildly creative Event Planner known for bringing a fresh approach to planning and executing high profile events in San Francisco and the Bay Area. She has expertly planned, assisted, and executed 600+ events over 7 years, with strengths in project planning, logistics, and team management to bring client’s visions to life. As a natural people leader, Lauren is repeatedly recognized for delivering memorable client experiences, receiving fast-track promotions and selection for coordinator roles. She is a well-organized problem solver, whose decision-making skills thrive in demanding, high-stress environments.
Sales Coordinator
Isabella is a dedicated Sales Coordinator at PRA, bringing over eight years of experience in the hospitality industry. Born and raised in San Francisco, she has a deep understanding of the local market and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Before joining PRA, she led end-to-end event coordination and execution, delivering seamless, high-impact experiences of all sizes. Isabella focuses on building strong client and supplier relationships, ensuring every partnership thrives. Beyond work, Isabella loves exploring new restaurants and experiences in San Francisco, practicing her golf game, and planning memorable events for friends and family.
Event Producer
Dana enjoys the fast-paced nature of her work as an event producer, bringing creativity, energy, and a solution-oriented mindset to every challenge. Born and raised in the East Bay, she has a strong knowledge of the surrounding areas, making her a valuable resource for local events. She thrives under pressure, always ready to tackle obstacles with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence. Dana goes above and beyond to engage with industry participants and ensure client satisfaction. Outside of work, Dana loves spending quality time with her husband, two grown children, and her beloved dog, Pepper—along with caring for her seven chickens.
Senior Event Producer
Olivia’s two decades of event production mastery span a unique blend of industries—from high-octane motorsports to the elegance of NYC fashion, culinary arts, and the wine world. Her dynamic, upbeat approach is the perfect complement to her results-driven expertise in project management, contract negotiation, and seamless logistics. She consistently delivers exceptional events, exceeding client expectations through collaboration. When not creating memorable experiences professionally, she enjoys the Northern California wine country lifestyle with her two teenage children, cooking, hiking, and golfing.
Director of Events
Growing up in Wine Country, Daeja Vogensen realized early on how crucial tourism and travel is to communities. During college at California State University, Chico, Daeja nabbed a coveted internship with PRA in 2018. As her intern period came to end, the PRA team recognized her natural ability and passion for the industry and did not want to lose her. Thankfully, the feeling was mutual! Daeja’s ability to stay organized and calm during stressful situations is one of her greatest strengths, and it was proven during a 20,000-person transportation event for a holiday party. As she recalls, “The two-day event was by far total madness but so worth every long night and no sleep. Nothing beats standing on a curb with your team and guide staff all night long!”
When Daeja isn’t making sure thousands of people are getting to their destination on time, you’ll find the California native taking day trips to Bodega Bay or wine tasting through the Dry Creek Valley, cheers’ing with friends and family!
Experience Designer
Mindi is a hospitality and events professional with over a decade of experience creating exceptional guest experiences. With a passion for collaboration, teamwork, and exceeding expectations, she thrives on building strong relationships with Wine Country suppliers to deliver unforgettable events. A former professional volleyball player and Cal graduate, Mindi has been an athlete her entire life, competing in basketball, track and field, and volleyball. When she’s not curating memorable experiences, she enjoys music, all things Wine Country, and cheering on her favorite teams at sporting events.
Wine Country Representative
Ashley Mauritson first joined PRA in 2009 following an internship with the San Francisco Giants. As an Account Manager, Ashley managed clients from Pebble Beach to Wine County. In 2012, Ashley left PRA to live in Healdsburg and work in the wine industry following her wedding. During this time, she built lifelong relationships in the wine and event industry which are the foundation for her new role as Wine Country Sales Representative.
A native to Sonoma County, Ashley attended UC Santa Barbara where she first fell in love with event planning. Ashley loves to host gatherings for friends and family at her home which she shares with her husband Cameron and three kids: Patrick, Maria and Nicholas.
Senior Vice President, Business Operations
Michael brings more than twenty years of experience in executive management to the PRA team. In his role as Senior Vice President, Business Operations, Michael is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to support company initiatives, while creating synergies and leverage opportunities throughout the PRA system.
