Regional Vice President, Southern California and Las Vegas
Heather Matusiak, Regional Vice President, leads our Southern California and Las Vegas teams. With over 20 years of experience in corporate meetings and events, most of which were in the Southern California DMC market, Heather is well-versed in all facets of the events business, from operations to creative product development and sales. Heather brings a wealth of leadership and sales experience, and prior to joining PRA, she served as Vice President of Sales in the industry. She has found success in her career by focusing on relationship building and creative marketing.
Heather currently serves on the Site So Cal Board of Directors as Director of Membership. She earned her Destination Management Certified Professional (DMCP) certification in 2008. She is a graduate of University of Southern California and is based in Orange County, CA.
Managing Director
Martin Davis, Managing Director, leads the PRA San Diego team. He has a proven track record in the DMC industry that spans 20+ years. A certified DMCP, Martin spent the first half of his career in operations and large-scale logistics before turning his focus towards management. Over the past two decades, he has established himself as adept in sales, proposal writing and operations. His understanding of the full program life cycle allows him to deliver creative, logistically sound solutions to client needs. Above all, Martin believes that relationships built on trust, communication and respect are the cornerstones of any successful partnership.
Regional Director of Experience Design
Amy Knauf, Regional Director of Experience Design, leads the team of Experience Designers in Southern California and Las Vegas. Amy’s interest in events started in college when she interned with a boutique event management company in San Diego, where she was first introduced to PRA. After graduating from Point Loma Nazarene University, Amy started her career with PRA in the very role she now leads. Over the past 16 years, Amy has created and seen some amazing events but one of her most memorable was designing a reception and dinner space in make-shift barracks facing the ocean on the beach of Camp Pendleton, complete with amphibious assault vehicles storming the beach from the water. After many years in the Experience Design role, Amy now thrives in training and mentoring her team across the region! In her free time, Amy loves to spend time with her husband and two young children.
Director of Business Development
Three words to describe me: Fun. Driven. Connected.
If you really knew me you would know: I am heavily involved in the San Diego Rottweiler community, taking my pup Millie Rose to agility training, shows, and more.
Restaurant on repeat: Cucina Urbana
The best part about my job is: Everyday is different and challenging. Our job is rewarding being able to see our beautiful events come together.
My inspiration: Instagram and design magazines – especially Elle Decor.
Senior Experience Designer
Corrie is a jack of all trades in the event industry. She graduated from the University of Nebraska with an HRTM degree. She always worked in the service industry and continued down that path. Helping clients achieve their goals is her passion, and she will always go the extra mile. As a Midwest girl, she was craving the west coast atmosphere and found herself in Portland, OR, where her career took off. She worked in large technology-based conferences and volunteered for local biking events. A few years later, she was craving vitamin D and moved down to San Diego, where she found her home at PRA. She specializes in logistical planning and design. After work, Corrie will be enjoying the waves at San Diego beaches or spending hours at the dog park with her puppy Diego.
Experience Designer
Krissy has lived her entire life in the beautiful city of San Diego. She attended San Diego State University in the Hospitality & Tourism Management program. Her passion is meeting & events. With a background in weddings, hotels, third parties, and DMCs, Krissy has touched all aspects of events. In her spare time, she enjoys a hike along Torrey Pines State Reserve or up Cowles Mountain as well as watching the latest movie on Netflix with her two cats, Oscar & Milo.
Director of Events
Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality and Tourism Management from SDSU, Jessica worked as a meeting and events planner before beginning full time as a member of the PRA Operations Department in 2008. A native of San Diego Jessica is always proud to show off her city and all it has to offer. In her free time, you will most likely catch her enjoying a concert or music festival somewhere in the world, hanging out with friends at the beach, or taking in a ballgame at Petco Park. a multitude of clients.
Senior Experience Designer
Three words to describe me: Loyal. Independent. Mysterious.
If you really knew me you would know: I am a true Scorpio in all senses of the sign.

The best part about my job is: The buzz of energy in the office – it allows one to step away from the stress and bond with my fellow teammates in the office.
My inspiration: My family – they inspire me personally and professionally.
Event Producer
Jessica Vincent has a background in various departments in the healthcare industry. She loves working and connecting people and making a positive difference in the lives of others. Working in the OR taught her to handle high-pressure situations and work with unexpected last-minute changes, which made her transition into the ever-changing world of events a natural one. When Jessica is not working events, you can find her skateboarding, at the gym, playing with her dog, or playing beach volleyball.
Senior Vice President, Business Operations
Michael brings more than twenty years of experience in executive management to the PRA team. In his role as Senior Vice President, Business Operations, Michael is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to support company initiatives, while creating synergies and leverage opportunities throughout the PRA system.
