Regional Vice President, Southern California and Las Vegas
Heather Matusiak, Regional Vice President, leads our Southern California and Las Vegas teams. With over 20 years of experience in corporate meetings and events, most of which were in the Southern California DMC market, Heather is well-versed in all facets of the events business, from operations to creative product development and sales. Heather brings a wealth of leadership and sales experience, and prior to joining PRA, she served as Vice President of Sales in the industry. She has found success in her career by focusing on relationship building and creative marketing.
Heather currently serves on the Site So Cal Board of Directors as Director of Membership. She earned her Destination Management Certified Professional (DMCP) certification in 2008. She is a graduate of University of Southern California and is based in Orange County, CA.
Managing Director
Martin Davis, Managing Director, leads the PRA San Diego team. He has a proven track record in the DMC industry that spans 20+ years. A certified DMCP, Martin spent the first half of his career in operations and large-scale logistics before turning his focus towards management. Over the past two decades, he has established himself as adept in sales, proposal writing and operations. His understanding of the full program life cycle allows him to deliver creative, logistically sound solutions to client needs. Above all, Martin believes that relationships built on trust, communication and respect are the cornerstones of any successful partnership.
Regional Director of Experience Design
Amy Knauf, Regional Director of Experience Design, leads the team of Experience Designers in Southern California and Las Vegas. Amy’s interest in events started in college when she interned with a boutique event management company in San Diego, where she was first introduced to PRA. After graduating from Point Loma Nazarene University, Amy started her career with PRA in the very role she now leads. Over the past 16 years, Amy has created and seen some amazing events but one of her most memorable was designing a reception and dinner space in make-shift barracks facing the ocean on the beach of Camp Pendleton, complete with amphibious assault vehicles storming the beach from the water. After many years in the Experience Design role, Amy now thrives in training and mentoring her team across the region! In her free time, Amy loves to spend time with her husband and two young children.
Director of Business Development
Katie joined PRA San Diego in 2008 with over a decade of experience in the local hospitality industry, including catering sales and service on the 2003 Super Bowl Task Force Committee. Her deep understanding of the destination and strong hotel partnerships help build the trust her clients rely on in a DMC partner.
Katie takes pride in building long-term client relationships, many of which span multiple programs and years, a testament to her dedication, reliability, and results-driven approach. Throughout her time at PRA, Katie has generously donated her time to mentoring and volunteering with SITE SoCal and FICP. Beyond supporting her clients’ unique events, she enjoys spending time with her two beloved Rottweilers, Millie and Lainey.
Regional Sales Manager
Jill Schnaps is a seasoned event professional with a passion for crafting experiences that are as fun as they are purposeful. Jill brings a multifaceted perspective to every program — shaped by years of wearing many hats across sales, operations, hotels, and production. She’s loved every role, and it shows in how seamlessly she connects big ideas with thoughtful execution. With a deep understanding of the full event lifecycle, Jill partners closely with clients to create experiences that are engaging, strategic, and never cookie-cutter. A San Diego local, she draws inspiration from coastal bike rides, exploring new restaurants, and catching live music — a love of discovery that carries through to her approach to events.
Experience Designer
Krissy has lived her entire life in the beautiful city of San Diego. She attended San Diego State University in the Hospitality & Tourism Management program. Her passion is meeting & events. With a background in weddings, hotels, third parties, and DMCs, Krissy has touched all aspects of events. In her spare time, she enjoys a hike along Torrey Pines State Reserve or up Cowles Mountain as well as watching the latest movie on Netflix with her two cats, Oscar & Milo.
Director of Events
Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality and Tourism Management from SDSU, Jessica worked as a meeting and events planner before beginning full time as a member of the PRA Operations Department in 2008. A native of San Diego Jessica is always proud to show off her city and all it has to offer. In her free time, you will most likely catch her enjoying a concert or music festival somewhere in the world, hanging out with friends at the beach, or taking in a ballgame at Petco Park. a multitude of clients.
Senior Experience Designer

If you really knew me you would know: I am a true Scorpio in all senses of the sign.

The best part about my job is: The buzz of energy in the office – it allows one to step away from the stress and bond with my fellow teammates in the office.
My inspiration: My family – they inspire me personally and professionally.
Event Producer
Jessica Vincent is a corporate event professional known for her strong organizational skills, calm leadership, and people centered approach. With a background in the healthcare industry, she brings a high level of precision, communication, and operational discipline to every event she manages.
Her experience working in the operating room and other high pressure environments has shaped her ability to anticipate needs, manage complex logistics, and adapt quickly to last minute changes. These skills translated naturally to the fast paced and ever evolving world of events. Jessica is known for her genuine passion for connecting people and creating meaningful, memorable experiences.
Outside of events, Jessica enjoys snowboarding, camping, spending time with her dog, and playing beach volleyball.

Chloe is a proud alum of the Payne School of Hospitality at San Diego State, where she earned her degree in Meetings & Events. Chloe has been working in the DMC industry for the past 3 years, bringing her creativity and passion to every proposal to best serve her clients!

With more than 13 years of experience in event planning, Alex brings a wealth of expertise—from managing large-scale industry events and producing influencer and brand activations to supporting celebrity entertainment meetings. Having called Southern California home for 14 years, Alex has a true passion for San Diego and the creative energy it inspires. Her career is fueled by a commitment to designing impactful experiences that foster connection and leave lasting impressions.
Experience Design Coordinator
Kayla is currently completing her degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, where she discovered her passion for crafting unforgettable events that bring people together. She has called San Diego home for about 5 years and deeply enjoys getting outside and exploring all that this beautiful city has to offer! Having already shined as one of our very own Field Staff, she brings a fresh perspective, creative flair, and detail-oriented mindset to every project she touches.

Kendall brings over six years of diverse experience across San Diego and Northern California, delivering exceptional results in every role she’s held.
Known for her creativity, strategic thinking, and collaborative approach, Kendall seamlessly blends vision with operational excellence. She leads with calm under pressure, turning complex projects into seamless, memorable experiences executed with precision and purpose.
Sales Coordinator
A hospitality and events veteran with more than 20 years of bringing unforgettable experiences to life. Known for her sharp eye for detail and boundless enthusiasm, she blends creativity with precision in everything she does. A natural self-starter with an approachable, upbeat energy, Nicole thrives in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same. She embraces new challenges with ease, adapts quickly, and consistently elevates every project through her passion for people, places, and perfectly executed moments.
Senior Vice President, Business Operations
Michael brings more than twenty years of experience in executive management to the PRA team. In his role as Senior Vice President, Business Operations, Michael is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to support company initiatives, while creating synergies and leverage opportunities throughout the PRA system.
