With 20 years of experience in hospitality and events, Michaela (Kila) Foley has built a foundation in sales, events, and business development. Her career began at the front desk of a local resort, where she quickly discovered her true passion for the hospitality industry. Since then, she has held key roles in the hotel and DMC space, developing a well-rounded expertise in managing complex projects, driving revenue growth, and delivering unforgettable client experiences.
Having spent 15 years in the competitive Northeast market, Kila has developed a deep understanding of the region’s unique opportunities. What drives her is leading teams, developing innovative sales strategies, and navigating the fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape of the region. Whether overseeing large-scale events or building lasting client relationships, she thrives on delivering exceptional results and elevating the guest experience at every opportunity.
Outside of work, Kila enjoys catching a New York Rangers game, relaxing with rooftop cocktails, or exploring the American Museum of Natural History with her two sons. She is excited to continue her journey, using her passion and enthusiasm to create extraordinary experiences for clients and team members.
Regional Sales Manager
Kiersten is a passionate destination management expert dedicated to ensuring a fun-filled experience for clients and guests alike from conception to completion. With a background in Hospitality and Marketing, Kiersten brings 8 years of Destination Management experience to her work. PRA NYC is the third PRA office she’s been a part of, South Florida and Nashville being her prior destinations! When not creating memorable events and experiences, she can be found spending time running, enjoying pilates, traveling the United States and International destinations or spending time outdoors with her boyfriend and two rescue dogs in one of many New York City’s parks!
Regional Director of Experience Design
Becky is from Massachusetts and was introduced into the hospitality industry at a young age. With a chef as a father, she grew up in the kitchen and planning clam bakes with the family catering business. After graduating with a degree in Hospitality at the University of Massachusetts, she packed her bags and moved to California. There she started working at a local DMC and fell in love with the ability to be creative in a fast paced environment. Being a true East Coast girl at heart, the sunny skies could not keep her away and she returned to the east coast to New York City.
Associate Director of Events, Northeast
Victoria Connors is the Associate Director of Events for the Northeast, bringing years of experience organizing and executing high-profile events across the region. With a degree in Hospitality Management, Victoria has honed her skills by orchestrating a diverse range of events, from large-scale concerts in Boston’s iconic arenas to exclusive island rentals in New York City and full-scale takeovers of convention centers in Washington, D.C. Having operated in various cities throughout the Northeast, Victoria has developed a keen understanding of the unique dynamics of each market, ensuring that every event exceeds expectations.
Senior Event Producer
Stephanie was born and raised in a small town on Long Island and earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Public Relations from LIU Post. She launched her career at Questex in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) industry, managing programs in Las Vegas, Costa Rica, and the Caribbean.
While the travel provided invaluable experience, Stephanie found her true home at Briggs Inc., a Destination Management Company, where she combined her passion for events with her love for New York City. In 2018, she became part of the PRA family through its acquisition of Briggs Inc., where she had already built strong relationships and deep roots. Stephanie takes great pride in successfully executing large, complex programs that create memorable experiences for clients and their guests. Her attention to detail, calm under pressure, and deep industry knowledge have made her a trusted partner in bringing high-impact events to life.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys discovering new restaurants around New York City and spending quality time traveling with her husband and daughter, Adriana.
Event Producer
Gianna Scalia joined PRA in January of 2025, bringing a deep-rooted passion for events and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to every program. Before stepping into the DMC world, she worked as a New Jersey real estate agent, honing her client service and organizational skills.
As a former dance teacher and current Barre3 instructor, Gianna thrives when combining movement, creativity, and connection—making event production a natural fit. She focuses on seamless execution and enjoys being a reliable, steady presence for clients amid the fast-paced nature of event days.
Event Producer
Gregory Klimowicz is an events and production specialist from Minnetonka, MN. He developed his skills in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, film festivals, theatre, live TV, and weddings/galas. While taking on a wide range of freelance work, Greg was inspired to learn from various departments to help expand his knowledge of all the moving parts that make an event a success. Whether venue sourcing, operations management, tech lead, production coordinating, digital-marketing content creating, or registration monitoring, Greg relishes taking on new challenges and ensuring that patrons leave an event satisfied with the experience. During his free time, Greg enjoys improv comedy, adding to his suit collection, and long-distance travels with his wife and pomeranian named Rocco.
Event Producer
Jocelyn Watson is an experienced Event Producer with a passion for bringing memorable experiences to life through strategic planning, creative execution, and collaborative leadership. She holds a BA in Sports, Entertainment, and Event Management and an MBA from Johnson & Wales University, and has had the privilege of working across a variety of roles in the events and hospitality industry.
With a background that includes Event Manager, Banquet & Convention Services Manager, Special Events & Promotions Coordinator, Event Concierge, and Inside Sales Representative, Jocelyn brings a well-rounded perspective to every project. Her approach is detail-driven and guest-focused, ensuring every event exceeds expectations while staying on schedule and within scope.
She thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving on the fly, and is passionate about creating meaningful connections through events.
Sales Coordinator
Born and raised in Staten Island, Nicollette Ferranti brings heart, hustle, and a sharp eye for detail to her role as Sales Coordinator at PRA. With a background rooted in social work and a passion for people, she’s known for her ability to connect the dots and connect with people—thriving on making sure every event detail clicks into place seamlessly.
Before transitioning into the events and sales world, Nicollette dedicated herself to helping individuals and communities through social work—a foundation that continues to shape her collaborative, empathetic approach to client relationships and team support.
Whether she’s coordinating behind the scenes or contributing to big-picture planning, Nicollette is all about building meaningful experiences—and making sure no one forgets the little moments that matter.
Experience Designer
Tessa is originally from Maryland and has spent her entire life in the Northeast, frequently visiting vibrant cities like New York City, Baltimore, Washington DC, Philadelphia, and Boston. She holds a degree in Theatre Arts from Towson University, where her passion for storytelling and production first took root. After graduating, Tessa moved to New York City and was fortunate to begin her professional journey with PRA, where she found a natural transition from theatre to hospitality and event planning. Her background in theatre has given her a creative edge and a strong foundation in organization, collaboration, and bringing visions to life—skills that serve her well in the events industry. Tessa now lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with her husband and their two miniature dachshunds. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending quality time at home.
Senior Experience Designer
Hailey Horne brings a unique blend of hospitality expertise and creative strategy to her role. After graduating with a degree in Hospitality Management at the University of Delaware, she began her career in the fast-paced hotel industry, where she discovered a passion for curating impactful experiences. This led her into corporate event planning, where she spent over four years producing high-level events, primarily in the vibrant New York market.
Hailey is known for her thoughtful, brand-driven approach and her ability to turn ideas into memorable, immersive environments. Outside of work, she loves exploring the city’s hottest new restaurants and discovering pop-up events — always chasing what’s fresh, creative, and unexpected.
Experience Designer
Erin Stitt is a passionate experience designer with years of expertise in creating impactful in-person events. With a foundation in marketing, she brings both strategic insight and creative vision to every experience she curates. Erin is known for her sharp attention to detail, imaginative approach, and ability to transform ideas into memorable, immersive moments.
Born and raised in New York, Erin draws constant inspiration from the city’s vibrant culture. Whether it’s checking out the latest restaurant opening, exploring fun new activities, or catching the newest Broadway shows, she stays tapped into the energy that makes New York unique.
Senior Vice President, Business Operations
Michael brings more than twenty years of experience in executive management to the PRA team. In his role as Senior Vice President, Business Operations, Michael is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to support company initiatives, while creating synergies and leverage opportunities throughout the PRA system.
