Angela Blouin

Angela Blouin began her career with PRA in 2017, with more than 15 years of experience in event management and hospitality she is well versed in all facets of the event industry, from operations to creative development and sales. She prides herself in her client relationships and approachable nature which has made her a successful asset to PRA. Angela brings a wealth of leadership and business development experience to the Arizona market. On her down-time you can find her spending time with her twin boys, family, gardening, cooking, and vacationing by the beach.

Hannah is an experienced event professional with over 5 years of expertise across a wide range of events, from corporate gatherings to celebrity affairs, and from intimate private venues to expansive stadiums. After relocating to Phoenix 3.5 years ago from a small East Coast town, Hannah has embraced her new environment while bringing her passion for creativity and design to every project. With a background in musical theatre and the ability to play three instruments, she combines her artistic talents with a keen problem-solving approach to craft unforgettable event experiences. Hannah’s unique perspective allows her to design events with a multi-medium creative mindset that elevates every detail.
Bree Brooks

With 10+ years of event production experience in B2B and B2C events, Bree is well-immersed in logistics, program management, and event production. Bree is a proven leader with both tenacity and adaptability; she brings her passion for detail and high-quality operations to life through each event. Her positive attitude, bright smile and outgoing personality can be sensed the moment she enters any room! Outside of event production, Bree is passionate about fitness and is a certified group fitness instructor. After recently relocating to Arizona, you can find her getting outside and exploring all the adventures Arizona has to offer from hiking, kayaking and river floats.
Sara Loeb

Sara grew up in Arizona and has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Arizona State University.

Her career began as Event Coordinator at the Children’s Museum of Phoenix, planning and producing galas, weddings, proms, exhibit openings and fundraisers. She was the designer of the Grand Opening event of The Climber, the Museum’s famous 3-story interactive sculpture.

Her career path led to Washington, DC, where her first events role was Intern for the Independence Day Celebration at the National Archives. She continued to build her experience in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, with assignments including Inauguration events, receptions at the Smithsonian Museums and an annual City-wide Film Festival featuring 100 events over 11 days.

Sara returned to Arizona in the summer of 2018 and joined the PRA team shortly after. Her focus as Regional Director of Experience Design is collaborating with her team to build creative, impactful and exciting events for our clients, while showcasing the beautiful state of Arizona.
Awelle Odima

Awelle is an Arizona native with over 10 years of experience in the events industry, spanning corporate and social events, event technology, and client-facing leadership. She discovered her passion for events while studying at Arizona State University, drawn to the way thoughtfully designed experiences bring people together.

A collaborative sales leader, Awelle works closely with clients and internal teams to align objectives, navigate complexity, and deliver well-executed experiences rooted in trust, clear communication, and partnership.
Outside of work, Awelle is a proud mom of two with a genuine love for baking. She enjoys staying active through yoga and tennis to balance out her sweet tooth, and values connection, community, and intention in all she does.
Carey Higgins

Carey Higgins is a Regional Program Finance Manager with our Arizona team, based in beautiful Tucson! Her detailed approach, sincere disposition and passion not only for the events world, but also for her beloved Sonoran desert, all tie together to make her a wonderful resource for her clients and their guests. A former teacher, Carey took her passion for creative programming and planning and repurposed it for the events industry, focusing on building unique destination experiences in the place she calls home. In the spirit of celebration, Carey’s favorite event she’s delivered was the Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) theme, where a percussion quartet led guests in a procession across the resort, fully adorned in skull masks and elaborate hats, while stilt walkers and puppeteers enhanced the festivities and guests learned what the day of the dead could teach us all about life. However, her cultural passions expand beyond Mexico, as this native-born Tucsonan traveled abroad and lived a year in Tokyo, Japan – one of the most exciting cities in the world. Her love for the desert brought her home and this Wildcat from the University of Arizona is here to stay and looks forward to showcasing her beautiful region for your next group gathering in Tucson.

Growing up all over the world, Meredith has settled down in beautiful Tucson! She loves all things events and has a passion for themes, details, and aesthetics. Helping the team and clients create a one-of-a-kind and memorable event is her goal in this role. She is very high-energy and loves to meet and connect with new people.
Kera Wacker

Over 14 years ago, Kera Wacker started her events career through making every bride’s dream come true in planning their wedding and even officiating weddings! She then found a way to make logistical and operational dreams come true by managing and operating large convention programs such as Phoenix Fan Fusion, Comic Con and Saboten. Kera came to the DMC world and quickly became a lead on the field to develop into the full time rockstar producer she is today with PRA. She brings a wealth of supplier and logistical knowledge to her role while approaching every client and program with kindness and compassion. The moment you meet Kera you can feel her passion for helping others; with three young children, a puppy and on the board of trustees for Phoenix Boys Choir, she truly does it all!

Brandon is a natural socialite whose passion for bringing people together fuels his success as our Regional Sales Manager. Whether he’s traveling to bucket-list destinations, chasing live music, exploring restaurants, or hosting friends and family for some smoked brisket, Brandon thrives on creating memorable experiences, both personally and professionally. After completing his collegiate athletic career and studying abroad in Germany, he returned to Arizona to build a 10+ year career in sales and marketing across destination travel, luxury resorts, and premium entertainment. Today, he leverages that lifestyle-driven perspective to help clients curate impactful, seamless events that leave a lasting impression.

An Arizona native, Caroline grew up in Scottsdale and now calls Oro Valley home. She discovered her passion for events in college and jumped right into the DMC industry, where she loves creating memorable experiences that bring people together.
