Regional Vice President
Over the last 20 years, Jon has built a fulfilling career in the hospitality and live event space. He took a brief hiatus from his Texas roots to obtain a degree in Theatre Production from Arizona State University while gaining practical vocational experience in the hotel and resort industry, making him no stranger to the ballroom or stage. Jon still delights in the excitement of when months of planning transforms a vision into a flawless event. He and his wife of 12 years spend much of their free time as volunteer coaches and instructors for their four outgoing and energetic kids.
Regional Director of Sales
Jenna Herzog is a seasoned executive in global events, with decades of expertise in corporate event sales, design, and execution for leading companies across various industries. Known for her data-driven strategies, creative vision, and operational excellence, she has led high-performing teams and managed complex event portfolios. Jenna specializes in delivering impactful, large-scale programs that drive client engagement, enhance brand presence, and generate lasting value.
Originally from Malibu, California, Jenna now lives in Dallas, Texas, with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys attending live music concerts and cooking for friends and loved ones.
Regional Sales Manager
Originally from Minneapolis, MN, Deanie graduated from the University of Kansas and continued her way South down I-35 to Texas. She has now called Dallas home for 20 years. Her experience in events began in wedding planning and social events; where she planned, designed, and coordinated a multitude of weddings, galas, and residential soirées for 15 years. A short hiatus from events led Deanie to sell real estate in Dallas for Sotheby’s International Realty. Most recently she worked on the vendor side for a well known event rental company selling tents, furniture, and tabletop for private events, golf tournaments, fashion shows, and more! She’s known for her keen attention to detail, being a trusted advisor, and having a passion for celebrating life. In her spare time you can find her running outdoors, in a hot yoga class, traveling, and most of all spending time with her 3 sons – usually cheering them on at their baseball, football, and soccer games.
Regional Director of Events
Kelly Kelly (yep, that’s really her name, she married into it), originally from Seattle, has always had a passion for designing, creating, and executing memorable events and guest experiences. With over 18 years of experience in events, Kelly has designed and produced everything from an intimate wedding and social gather to large-scale brand activations, tours, conventions, and sales meetings. Her expertise lies in her strong attention to detail and her ability to think creatively and effectively in a high stress environment. She began her career with PRA in the Denver office and now is an instrumental player for the Texas/NOLA team as the Regional Director of Events.
Outside the office Kelly and her husband spend most of their time chasing around their new little one and two dogs. You can also find her trying out new wineries in hill country and on Sundays watching her Seahawks win.
Event Producer
Lauren is an experienced event professional with six years in the industry. She holds a degree in Hospitality and Tourism from the University of North Texas. Before joining PRA, Lauren worked in Event Management at a DFW country club and transitioned into corporate meetings and event planning. With a passion for bringing events to life, she is dedicated to creating impactful and memorable experiences. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys music festivals, traveling, spending time with her cats, and discovering new restaurants.
Experience Designer
Originally from Oklahoma, (Go Pokes!), Erin found her way to Texas after living in Southern Louisiana. Having proudly called the Dallas Fort Worth area home for over 25 years, she considers herself a true Texan. Erin boasts a diverse background in the event industry, ranging from event coordination and space planning to flawless event execution. With a creative flair and eye for detail and design, Erin has explored various design mediums, including interior design, graphic design, and floral design. Her journey in events commenced in the floral industry, where she dedicated over a decade to crafting florals and managing everything from set-up to teardown. For Erin, the creative process is the highlight of design—from brainstorming ideas to bringing projects to fruition, she is committed to creating successful events. Outside of events, Erin enjoys cozy coffee shops, baking goodies, visiting local wineries, and cherishing moments with friends and family.
Regional Sales Manager
Meet Angelica, a Mexican-American who learned hospitality from her Caribbean childhood in Cancun, Mexico. With over 15 years of expertise in the events industry, Angelica has become a seasoned professional in turning grand ideas into tangible realities by organizing events in over 10 countries. She is known for her tenacity, exceptional management skills, and a knack for seamlessly weaving together every aspect of an event. She holds both the CMP and DES certifications and serves as the upcoming President of the PCMA Gulf States Chapter. Away from the hustle and bustle of events, Angelica is relatable, approachable, and proud to carry out the voice of moms into the professional world.
Regional Director of Experience Design
Texas-raised, Sydney discovered her passion for events while attending Texas A&M University, studying Tourism and Event Management (Whoop!). Beginning her career as a Coordinator for PRA, Sydney has successfully advanced and evolved in her role, now overseeing the Experience Design team for the Texas New Orleans Region. Her journey with PRA has exposed her to a diverse array of programs, cultivating a high skill set in the creative zone. Her keen eye for detail and flair for design transforms unique ideas into unforgettable experiences. Sydney’s passion and commitment to excellence ensure that every event creates moments that leave a lasting impact. In her spare time, you can find Sydney cooking new recipes, cheering on the Dallas Stars, or traveling with friends and family.
Experience Designer II
Samantha thrives in a creative environment. Born in Louisiana, raised in Houston, and living in Dallas/Fort Worth, Samantha has extensive knowledge of the region. With a Master of Architecture degree and years of industry experience, Samantha is dedicated to designing well-thought, client-centric experiences at any scale. She adapts under pressure and loves fitting the puzzle pieces of an event together. When she is not designing, she enjoys traveling, exploring new recipes, and spending time with her pets.
Event Producer
Megan, originally from New Jersey, completed her bachelor’s degree in Sport Management at the University of Kansas (Go Jayhawks!). During that time, she discovered her love for events while working in the athletics department and planning sorority events. With this background and knowledge, she set her sights on the world of corporate events. Throughout her time at PRA, Megan has worked on many large-scale programs in the vibrant Dallas/Fort Worth area. These events have encompassed a wide range of program elements, including operational logistics, complex transportation movements, and the execution of décor details onsite. She has grown in her role and is always eager to learn and take on new challenges! When Megan is not operating programs onsite, she loves to continue exploring all that Dallas has to offer whether that’s trying a new restaurant or checking out a new antique store. Megan looks forward to helping you create a memorable experience!
Senior Vice President, Business Operations
Michael brings more than twenty years of experience in executive management to the PRA team. In his role as Senior Vice President, Business Operations, Michael is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to support company initiatives, while creating synergies and leverage opportunities throughout the PRA system.
