President, PRA Hawai'i
Raised on O’ahu, Debbie has been deeply rooted in the Hawai’i travel industry since 1973. She started her own company at age 19, then continued to American Express Travel, where she successfully led the destination management group for 12 years before taking her team to Classic Custom Vacations in 1994. Debbie purchased the business from Classic in 2002 and began operating as Weil & Associates. At the height of its success in 2023, it was acquired by PRA Events, Inc. and rebranded as PRA Hawai’i under Debbie’s continued leadership of her entire team of tenured and highly skilled professionals.
Regional Vice President
A Hawai’i resident for over 37 years, Colleen has been a leader in the Hawai’i travel industry for more than three decades. She was a manager and director with Marriott International and MC&A, Inc., before creating and co-owning the destination management company Island Style Innovations. In 2024, the company was acquired by PRA Events, Inc., and Colleen brought her talented team of destination and event management professionals to PRA Hawai’i.
Regional Director of Sales
Originally from New York, Lauren discovered her talent for creating extraordinary moments early in her career. Her background includes roles in food and beverage, operations, event planning, and sales. Each step has deepened her understanding of destination management. Lauren relocated to Hawai’i in the early 2000s to immerse herself in the vibrant hospitality industry. She has held key positions at the Blue Note Jazz Club, Outrigger Hotels, and MC&A. Her wealth of knowledge, creative vision, and commitment to excellence elevate the exceptional experiences she delivers to all of PRA Hawai’i’s clients and guests.
Associate Director of Experience Design
Tracey has lived and worked on the island of O’ahu for over 20 years. She has held management positions at the Battleship Missouri, Polynesian Adventure Tours, Weil & Associates, and Steven Boyle Design. Her travel industry experience runs the gamut from transportation, activity reservations, and event design to marketing. Tracey brings to PRA Hawai’i her wealth of knowledge and passion for her island home!
Event Producer
Originally from Montreal, Canada, and based in Hawai’i since 2011, Mel Diallo brings extensive experience in live entertainment, food and beverage, and event production. As a former touring performer, she has worked across the globe, gaining valuable insight into the entertainment industry both in Hawai’i and internationally. Before joining PRA, Mel served as Events Manager at Sky Waikiki and WorkPlay Hawai’i, where she led the planning and execution of a wide range of corporate and social events. She is proud to be part of the PRA Hawai’i team, where she continues to bring her passion for producing impactful and engaging experiences.
Associate Director of Experience Design
After college, Courtney moved from Hawai’i to Nevada, where she fell in love with the event industry. She developed her management expertise with corporate and social events in Las Vegas. When she returned to Hawai’i in 2019, she continued building her resume in a Catering and Conference Services position. Her well-rounded background and enthusiasm for events made her an asset at Weil & Associates, now PRA Hawai’i.
Experience Designer
Lisa began her career in the travel industry in 2006 at an internet-based travel agency in California. She relocated to Maui in 2011 and, for over a decade, specialized in activity sales, reservations management, and group management for the island’s premier luxury sailing catamaran and dive vessel, as well as selling a variety of other island activities. Lisa joined PRA Hawai’i to broaden her knowledge of the event industry while bringing her activity experience and knowledge to the Experience Design team.
Experience Designer
A Hawai’i resident for over 10 years, April brings a creative edge to the PRA Hawai’i team with her background in performing arts. As an Experience Designer, she taps into her theatrical skills and uses her keen eye for detail to develop exciting new content.
Assistant Design Studio Manager
Born and raised on the Valley Isle of Maui, Kaohi’s aloha spirit has guided her through diverse work experiences, from horse grooming to managing retail teams. Along the way, she developed a passion for the beauty and fashion industry, while also leading to an interest in design and events, prompting her to join PRA Hawaii. Excited to expand her knowledge of the event industry, Kaohi now assists in managing the design studio and team.
Experience Designer
Katelyn originally moved to the island of Hawai’i to pursue a career in archaeology but soon discovered a new application for her interests in the travel industry. Starting with the island’s premier land-based activity operator, she quickly advanced from reservations to guiding tours, crafting custom experiences, and managing MCI group sales. As part of the Experience Design Team at PRA Hawai’i, Katelyn combines her creative spark and extensive knowledge of the destination to design memorable programs showcasing each island’s unique beauty and richness.
Creative Designer
Jina moved to Honolulu in 2010 after college and has cultivated her skills as a multidisciplinary creative professional and artist. She began her career with the award-winning visual merchandising team at DFS Galleria in Hawai’i, where she was responsible for implementing evocative visual campaigns for global luxury brands and events. She seized the opportunity to join Weil & Associates in 2015 and has developed extensive expertise related to floral design and on-site event execution. She now brings her unique creative skill set and deep understanding of corporate events to her role as a Creative Designer with PRA Hawai’i.
Regional Director of Operations
Susie has been in the Hawai’i destination management industry for over 30 years. She joined the team at Classic Custom Vacations in 1995, followed by Weil & Associates, and now PRA Hawai’i. She has specialized in account management for her entire career and is considered a powerhouse in the islands due to her connections and laser focus. Susie oversees all of PRA Hawai’i’s local operations and the professional development of the team’s Event Producers and Travel Directors.
Global Account Director
Debbie has lived and worked on O’ahu, Hawai’i Island, and Maui. This has provided a wealth of local knowledge and a vast network of contacts. For more than 15 years in Hawai’i’s travel industry, she has consistently outperformed, first as the Battleship Missouri’s Event Manager, then as the Director of Catering & Events at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, and the Director of Meetings & Events at the Sheraton Kona Resort & Spa at Keauhou. Debbie was the Director of Operations at both Panache and Weil & Associates before continuing at PRA Hawai’i.
Design Studio Manager
Koa has over a decade of experience in event roles, primarily as a crew lead, where his specialty has been building props and décor from scratch. He turns the event team’s creative concepts into reality. Koa is a vital part of the staff in Maui, where he oversees the daily operations and inventory at the PRA Hawai’i Design Studio.
Senior Event Producer
A lifelong Hawai’i resident, Maile’s first career was as a teacher. While she still enjoyed teaching, she left the Department of Education after ten years to pursue her passion for event management. She honed her craft for five years while planning significant events for non-profits in Hawai’i, Texas, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Guam. Destination management in Hawai’i was the next logical step, and she spent over six years with Panache before taking her focus and skill set to Weil & Associates, which is now PRA Hawai’i.
Senior Event Producer
Melissa began her career in events after college, starting in the restaurant industry in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area and transitioning to hotels after moving to Colorado. She continued her journey in hospitality by relocating to Hawai’i in 2021, where she wore two hats as the Area Catering Sales Manager and Convention Services Manager for Outrigger Hotels & Resorts – the Waikiki collection. Melissa spent ten years cultivating her skills in event management before joining her experience and expertise with the Weil & Associates team, which is now PRA Hawai’i.
Senior Event Producer
Born and raised on O’ahu, Liz was a United Airlines flight attendant for four years. She discovered a passion for destination management, and for over 20 years, she has filled a wide range of roles, including Lead Travel Director, Sales Manager, Event Manager, and Account Manager. Liz enjoys combining her people skills with her attention to detail. During her tenure with Panache Destination Management, she developed key relationships with local vendors and suppliers. This served her well at Weil & Associates, and continues to do so at PRA Hawai’i.
Senior Event Producer
With over 20 years in Hawai’i’s travel industry, Margaret has a wealth of diverse talents. She started at Paradise Cove Luau, the largest nightly visitor activity in the state, where she supervised the reservations team. Margaret continued in a supervisory role within Hawai’i’s cruise line industry and then worked in customer service for Hawaiian Airlines. When she joined Polynesian Adventure Tours as a charter specialist, she worked closely with Hawai’i’s destination management companies for 15 years. She learned her way around the industry before joining Weil & Associates, now PRA Hawai’i.
Regional Director of Sales
Harmony launched her career in San Luis Obispo, where she planned large-scale city-wide events. In 1998, her family ties in Hawai’i called her back to the islands. She furthered her travel industry connections as a group sales and marketing manager for Ocean Sports Hawai’i. In 2005, Harmony joined Panache Destination Management in a leadership capacity until it closed in 2020. Weil & Associates welcomed her to their team, and she continued to PRA Hawai’i in 2023.
Regional Director of Finance
Gary joined the destination management industry after five years with American Express Travel. He was with the team since it opened at Classic Custom Vacations and was integral in the transition into Weil & Associates and PRA Hawai’i. In addition to being a CPA with an MBA, Gary became a Destination Management Certified Professional in 2005. He served on the Executive Committee of the DMC Network as Secretary/Treasurer. In addition to Finance, Gary has extensive experience in registration management, website development, and C-suite concierge services.
Creative Designer
Chanel, born and raised in Lahaina, started her career in the event industry at 18, managing rental items. She moved into corporate events with Weil & Associates in 2021, where she launched the warehouse operations. Driven by her love for event design, she now thrives as a creative designer at PRA Hawai’i.
Director of Events
Born and raised in Chicago, Meghan moved to California to begin her event career after graduating from Indiana University. She has planned and executed events from large-scale productions to high-touch incentive trips worldwide. From whimsical additions for marketing summits to enhanced environments at otherwise staid events, Meghan has succeeded in creating memorable experiences for over ten years. After living in New Zealand for four years and contracting her services for weddings and events around the North Island, Meghan relocated to Hawai’i to join Weil and Associates. She continues to lead the tight-knit and skilled event team at PRA Hawai’i.
Experience Designer
Originally from Eastern Washington, Kolina has spent the last 11 years in Hawai’i bringing events to life with heart and precision. With a background in military service, finance, and IT, she blends strategy with creativity to deliver seamless, meaningful experiences.
Senior Event Producer
Born and raised on O’ahu, Laurel started in the travel industry handling travel arrangements for special needs passengers. She transitioned to American Hawai’i Cruises where she coordinated group tours before joining the Weil & Associates team as an Event Producer in 2002. A dip in Hawai’i’s incentive travel in 2009, led Laurel to a cross-training sabbatical working as a Polynesian Adventure Tours Groups Specialist and an OpenTable Support Specialist where she refined her DMC skills. She returned to the Weil & Associates family in 2011 until the industry shut down during COVID-19. Even then, her love of destination management found her handling PRA’s gifting programs before resuming her role as a Senior Event Producer in 2025.
Experience Designer
Originally from Philadelphia, Jodi lived in Cleveland, Ohio for seven years before settling in Las Vegas (Hawai’i’s “Ninth Island), which has been her home base for over 20 years. Her interest in events began in 2001 and has steadily grown since then. With a professional history primarily focused on hospitality and event sales, Jodi embodies a creative spirit that serves her well as a PRA Experience Designer.
Creative Designer
Jaime was born and raised on the island of Maui and moved to O’ahu in 2002 to attend the University of Hawai’i at Manoa where she received her Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design and Merchandising. Jaime has over 20 years of visual merchandising experience within LVMH Group and Gap Inc., where she gained extensive knowledge in creating and executing impactful visual displays that enhanced the brand’s image and customer journey. She has spent the last eight years living abroad in several locations including Cambodia, New Zealand, Thailand, Australia, Germany, the Czech Republic, and the Netherlands. Eight countries and four continents later, Jaime returned to Maui with her family to begin her new career as a Creative Designer with PRA Hawai’i.
Senior Event Producer
After working six years in Honolulu’s mortgage industry, Jennifer joined Weil & Associates as an Event Producer in 2011 where she thrived in destination management for ten years. A move to Florida provided additional experience as a Catering Sales Manager for The Daytona, Autograph Collection. In 2025, she rejoined the Hawai’i team at PRA and has resumed her role in destination management as a Senior Event Producer.
Senior Event Producer
Sarah began her events career working in various hospitality roles at luxury resort destinations across the continental U.S. After receiving her degree in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University, Sarah relocated to California wine country to open Montage Healdsburg, a luxury resort and event venue. There, her event sales and operations experience grew across multiple roles during her three years at the resort. After relocating to Hawai’i Island in 2023, Sarah joined PRA Hawai’i, bringing extensive event venue experience combined with her engaging energy.
Event Coordinator
Born and raised on O’ahu, Kim spent several years in California building her career in the Entertainment, Music, and Aerospace industries. She returned home to Hawai’i in October 2023, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for creating seamless and memorable events. With a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise, Kim is excited to contribute to the PRA Hawai’i team and help bring exceptional events to life across the islands.
Senior Event Producer
Creating unforgettable experiences by turning moments into memories is more than a passion for Shar; it’s a way of life. After living in Oregon for 10 years, her love for the Hawaiian Islands brought Shar back to where she was born and raised. Upon her return to Maui, she started her career designing, curating, and executing seamless events with a local destination management company. She produced corporate and luxury private events, including the historic visit of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and President Barack Obama at the 75th Commemoration of the attack on Pearl Harbor. With over 12 years in the industry, Shar brings her wealth of knowledge to her role as a Senior Event Producer with PRA Hawai’i.

With over 26 years in destination management and over 21 years as a Hawai’i resident, Linda has experience as field staff, event production, and accounting at Island Style Innovations. Her years in the field, her knowledge of program management, and her administrative skills make Linda a strong asset for the PRA Hawai’i sales team.
Event Producer
Family ties brought Ashley to Hawai’i in 2009 when she joined the staff of the Bishop Museum and learned first-hand about the local hospitality and event industry. She spent many years as a Waikīkī concierge, gaining valuable knowledge about tours, activities, and transportation on all the islands. These pathways led Ashley to PRA Hawai’i, where her passion for creating excellent guest experiences perfectly complements the team.
Senior Vice President, Business Operations
Michael brings more than twenty years of experience in executive management to the PRA team. In his role as Senior Vice President, Business Operations, Michael is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to support company initiatives, while creating synergies and leverage opportunities throughout the PRA system.
