Regional Vice President, Northeast
With 20 years of experience in hospitality and events, Michaela (Kila) Foley has built a foundation in sales, events, and business development. Her career began at the front desk of a local resort, where she quickly discovered her true passion for the hospitality industry. Since then, she has held key roles in the hotel and DMC space, developing a well-rounded expertise in managing complex projects, driving revenue growth, and delivering unforgettable client experiences.
Having spent 15 years in the competitive Northeast market, Kila has developed a deep understanding of the region’s unique opportunities. What drives her is leading teams, developing innovative sales strategies, and navigating the fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape of the region. Whether overseeing large-scale events or building lasting client relationships, she thrives on delivering exceptional results and elevating the guest experience at every opportunity.
Outside of work, Kila enjoys catching a New York Rangers game, relaxing with rooftop cocktails, or exploring the American Museum of Natural History with her two sons. She is excited to continue her journey, using her passion and enthusiasm to create extraordinary experiences for clients and team members.
Regional Director of Experience Design
Becky is from Massachusetts and was introduced into the hospitality industry at a young age. With a chef as a father, she grew up in the kitchen and planning clam bakes with the family catering business. After graduating with a degree in Hospitality at the University of Massachusetts, she packed her bags and moved to California. There she started working at a local DMC and fell in love with the ability to be creative in a fast paced environment. Being a true East Coast girl at heart, the sunny skies could not keep her away and she returned to the east coast to New York City.
Director of Business Development
Sarah has spent her career finding ways to make meeting planner’s lives easier while helping develop unforgettable events. After graduating with a hospitality management degree from the University of New Hampshire, she joined the convention sales team at San Francisco Travel Association (CVB). For over a decade, Sarah’s strategic sales, marketing, and management skills helped her market continuously achieve the status of top meeting destination. Sarah brings her passion for the meeting and event industry and zeal for customer relations to PRA’s Washington, DC team.
Outside the office, Sarah enjoys discovering new experiences in the DC area, traveling, and mentoring youth in the Washington, DC foster care system. She stays active and will probably “recruit” you to join her for a barre or ballet class or a hike in the Shenandoah.
