A Super Bowl Transportation Miracle

Picture this: It’s 5:30 p.m. on the Friday of Super Bowl LX® weekend. You’re shutting down after a long week when an email pops up from a prospect. Do you open it? Of course you do—at least I did!
And I’m grateful for that, because with the help of our Northwest team, we were able to support a client in panic mode and pull off the impossible: secure round-trip transportation for 23 VIPs from their hotel to the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco on Saturday, and to and from Levi's® Stadium for the big game the next day.
No discovery calls, spec reviews, or budget approvals. Just a city wild with Super Bowl chaos, a client in need, and a few hours to make magic happen, right down to securing a vehicle that fit the group exactly, as if it had been planned all along.
Can We Do This?
I immediately sounded the alarms with the home team—texts, chats, calls—to ask, “Can we do this?” Securing vehicles and navigating logistics is highly competitive weeks before the Super Bowl, let alone two nights before it.
The team said, “We’ll do our best.” They took it on and pushed through obstacles. And they made it happen.
At PRA, we’re known for our strong and trusted partnerships. And it was because of the deep relationships our Northwest team has built with local vendors that they were able to secure the transportation needed.
It all came together in a matter of hours: 3.5 to be exact.

The client was speechless. Thankful. But speechless. However, I wasn’t surprised. It’s what we do: we are client-obsessed, and we make magic happen. Having worked on the agency side with my now client previously, she knew she could count on me to do my best to pull through. There was no stopping us.
