Based in Orlando, Selley will oversee regional operations, drive market development, and champion PRA’s commitment to deliver exceptional client experiences. Selley brings a powerful blend of strategic vision, operational discipline, and creative leadership to PRA’s Southeast region. With more than 15 years of experience spanning hotels, CVBs, and tradeshows, she has built a reputation for transforming complex challenges into high impact, client centric solutions. Her expertise in scaling regional operations, developing high performing teams, and strengthening Fortune 500 partnerships positions her as a catalyst for PRA’s next phase of growth.
A DMCP and CITP certified leader, Selley is known for her ability to unify cross functional teams, elevate service delivery, and design experiences that resonate long after an event concludes. She was recently recognized with the 2025 Smart Women in Meetings Award: Industry Leader, underscoring her influence and leadership within the industry. She also serves as SITE Midwest VP of Young Leaders, where she champions the next generation of event professionals.
In her new role, Selley will guide the Southeast region’s strategic direction, lead high performing teams, and ensure operational excellence across PRA’s destinations. She will also serve as a key member of PRA’s Business Management Team, contributing to long-range planning, financial performance, and the continued evolution of PRA’s national service model.
