In this pivotal role, Foley will oversee PRA’s operations across the Boston, New York, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C. markets and lead the regional teams with a focus on strategic direction, sales goals, client relationships, and team leadership. In addition, she will drive ongoing market development, elevate client and employee satisfaction, and champion process improvement initiatives, ensuring the highest levels of client service and team engagement.

 

With over two decades of experience in hospitality and events, and a leadership style rooted in collaboration, creativity, and a relentless focus on excellence, Foley has held key roles in both the hotel and destination management sectors. Having spent 15 years in the competitive Northeast market, she has cultivated a nuanced understanding of the region’s unique dynamics and has spearheaded complex initiatives, accelerating revenue growth and inspiring high-performing teams. She thrives on leading teams through strategic market expansion, crafting innovative sales approaches to deliver impactful client solutions.
