After a hurricane hit a client’s local area, they were unable to plan or travel outside of their destination for an incentive program scheduled just two days later in New Orleans. PRA’s forethought—utilizing an appropriate force majeure clause with suppliers and strong local partnerships—allowed us to alleviate the client’s concern. When the client said “Go” post hurricane, PRA recreated the program in 45 days—and the client didn’t incur any penalties and attendees had an amazing incentive experience.
