What began as a small test program with a large global financial services company four years ago has evolved into one of PRA’s strongest national partnerships. Today, PRA manages their events across the country, spanning creative, design, and production—including their largest event, the annual sales meeting.

After several years of working on their annual sales meeting, PRA’s Las Vegas team became more than a partner to this client. They were an extension of the team—the ultimate measure of success. So, when the team experienced a few bumps in the final night festivities of the previous meeting, the stakes became higher than ever.
It also meant we had to deliver a comeback that didn’t just meet expectations but reset the bar entirely.
The client’s most beloved event to date was a block party in a studio lot in Orlando. The ask? Create a final night send-off experience that matched—or exceeded—that success for its partner and their 900 attendees.
PRA proposed something bold: a full takeover of Fremont East, an open-air district of small businesses, bars, and restaurants that had never been privately rented for a corporate event.
The concept, Life in Bloom, was a personalized mini‑festival. Inspired by Las Vegas’ Life is Beautiful, it featured immersive décor, floral‑forward design, and a choose-your-own-journey experience.
Guests entered through a custom 25’ floral arch and an experience map wall that guided them to signature cocktails, food stations, and activations. A 40 ft. Ferris wheel, exclusive to the event, created an immediate wow moment as guests turned the corner.
Music was piped throughout the street to unify the experience as guests flowed seamlessly between spaces.
The result was the first-ever private corporate event held on Fremont East. Topping it off, the program received overwhelmingly positive survey feedback, as attendees’ top‑rated program to date.
Guests even stopped PRA staff onsite to express gratitude and amazement (“We have a Ferris wheel!”). The relationship continues to be strong—the client has already committed to returning to the same venue next year—with a new theme, of course.
