Challenge

Due to the large group, we had to takeover 4 outdoor areas on the hotel’s property and make them all feel cohesive, engaging and provide an easy flow. Additionally, the highlight of the event was a full production concert beside the ocean, so there were many concerns about the weather.

Solution

Our design team incorporated multiple linens within each area as well as a mix of hotel rounds, highboys and specialty communal tables so the event didn’t feel repetitive as you walked the areas. Each lawn had a draw, from a beer tap wall bar to a DJ/Violin combo so no matter where the guests were, there was a special touch. And as it usually is, the weather was perfect.
