On the Road at IMEX America 2025: Driving the Experience
Challenge
Juggling Logistics Seamlessly
Managing transportation and logistics that move thousands of hosted buyers between airports and more than a dozen hotels in Las Vegas brings significant logistical hurdles. City-imposed road closures and Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix congestion compounded the challenge. The team needed a strategy that would move attendees fast enough to be where they needed to be on or ahead of schedule.. Additionally, they were supporting the IMEX charity run and multiple ICW events for exhibitors, creating a complex web to manage.
Solution
Fueling Flawless Delivery
The Las Vegas team had to pivot to execute seamlessly within the traffic constraints. The strength of the team’s long-standing relationship with the client and hotels allowed them to revamp how vehicles would enter the main venue, moving with the flow of traffic to avoid congestion. This move ensured attendees arrived on time with no issues. The charity run was also a smooth experience thanks to the PRA team providing flawless registration, route mapping, and staffing. Additionally, PRA operated six in conjunction with events, providing a wide range of services from transportation and logistics to curating a custom summer camp theme for a client. “Camp Vegas” provided a campy experience including:
- Color Wars where color-coded teams compete in lighthearted activities like giant beer pong,
- Water games including a dunk tank and mini sailboat racing
- Arts and Crafts such as custom bandana creations adorned with camp pins and patches
