Family-Fun Football Extravaganza

We ensured 4,500 guests enjoyed a once-in-a-lifetime experience at the Mile High Stadium in downtown Denver, Colorado! The day showcased the best the city has to offer, including local stand-outs in food, music and entertainment; all made possible by a rare full buy-out of one of Denver’s most incredible venues.

Challenge

With limited venues, transportation and resource considerations, wow 4,500 participants and stay within budget. Again. As this event marked the first time this program was hosted in Denver, we were tasked to create a memorable, engaging and family friendly experience.
