Bringing New Impact to a Senior Leadership Meeting

Engaing a New Vision
The yearly senior leadership meeting (SLM) provides an opportunity for C-level executives to get together, celebrate their wins and discuss their goals for the following year. Leaders need to deliver events that connect and inspire —and for their inaugural event— they must put their stamp on it, expressing their vision. The PRA team needed to bring that new vision to life and continue to deliver an unforgettable experience.
Solution
Propelling Leadership Forward
The PRA Las Vegas and Centralized Creative teams turned the deck of the Venetian into a Pallazzo Pool Party welcome lounge. Innovative design and decor carried through every detail from cabanas to decorative spheres, synchronized swimmers — plus a photo op with them — entertained attendees further elevating the welcome.
We planned the awards dinner the next evening at Brooklyn Bowl, stepping away from the traditional ballroom setting and instead showcasing local vendors beyond the hotel. Gastro Garage elevated bites with flame torched food. An all-star jam entertained attendees into the new era: Beau Cody, Six Wire, Ed Rolland (Collective Soul), headlined the show and Mark McGrath (Sugar Ray) and Steve Augeri (former lead singer of Journey) also performed. With white-glove service, creative expertise and extensive local knowledge, the PRA team delivered an event that connected, inspired and propelled a new leader and their team forward.
