Country Concert on “The Lawn”
A worldwide beverage company was in search of an innovative idea to re-vamp their annual sponsorship event of a country awards program. The largest sponsor of this awards program, this evening event had to make an impression. We completely transformed a hotel ballroom into a rustic, country concert experience featuring an interactive lawn space, special brand touches and a live concert!
Challenge
An annual reception and concert in Las Vegas, this event had to be unique and present a “wow” factor. With participants ranging from bottlers, to distributors and customers, this sponsorship evening needed to impress.

Solution
We transformed The Venetian Resort ballroom into “The Lawn”, a one-of-a-kind concert experience featuring Clint Black as the headliner. A rustic country theme, complete with a park space, food truck facades, marquee and festival lighting, and interactive games provided the ideal country backdrop for this energetic concert experience.
