230 Fifth, New York City, New York

There is no better way to show how impressive and commanding the New York City skyline is than at the city’s largest rooftop garden. 230 Fifth, in close proximity to the Empire State Building, is a two-tiered venue in the heart of Midtown with space for up to 250 guests. Offering the most spectacular views in D.C., The Capitol View at 400 features some of the best sights in the city of the US Capitol, spanning 300 degrees from Union Station to the Library of Congress, the capitol Dome and Across to the Washington Monument. Talk about historic buildings! And when the sun sets and the monuments light up, there is no better sight to marvel in the beauty that is Washington, D.C.! The rooftop’s retractable awning with removable clear side panels, heating, and air-conditioning makes it a year-round favorite event location for up to 470 guests.

Sagamore Pendry Baltimore, Maryland
Your special event. And the perfect outdoor setting. Located in historic Fells Point in Baltimore, the Sagamore Pendry occupies the restored 1914 waterfront Recreation Pier with unparalleled views of the Inner Harbor Baltimore. The hotel’s two largest open-air spaces are the semi-enclosed courtyard with fireplaces, lounge seating, and dramatic lighting and the pool deck that offers dramatic harbor views, perfect for small or largest gatherings up to 275 guests.

The Lawn on D, Boston, Massachusetts
The Lawn on D is a favorite space for visitors, convention-goers and locals alike. Boston’s most innovative and dynamic outdoor event space in the heart of the thriving Waterfront District, this Lawn is a vibrant outdoor space located just steps from the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center and the Seaport District. A great place to gather and play all in the 2.7-acre urban setting. The Lawn Dis not just home to events, but to festivals, craft beer tastings, neighborhood nights and more. The Pavilion on D is The Lawn on D’s larger pavilion space. Located next to the famous LED swing set and two adjacent lawn spaces, this is a combined 48,000 square feet of lawn and covered space.
